SCHOLL's SMART-SERVE food counter is an all-purpose food serving system which is suitable for staff restaurants, school catering, communal feeding, event catering and for seminars or training sessions in hotels. Heating Bridge "All-in-one"
Our new heating bridge "all-in-one" offers maximum flexibility - one device with four different mounting options. The scope of supply comprises
fastening angles for on-site mounting and height-adjustable stainless steel cables for suspension from ceiling:
Additionally you can have feet and cough protection/s, both easily mounted with screws to the welded bridge casing. The bridge is ready to plug-in and equipped with a switch on the casing.

Multifunctional well - temperature in each well separately adjustable from - 5 °C to +140 °C
SCHOLL presents the new multifunctional well, which guarantees a higher flexibility at your buffet. With this sensational technology, you can adjust the temperature in each of the three basins individually according to your wishes and needs. The temperature range is from - 5 °C to +140 °C and can be set exactly to the degree. For the breakfast buffet one can present side by side, for example, scrambled and fried eggs in one heated basin and bacon and sausages in a second basin. In the third basin fruit and vegetables can be served chilled. Of course you also have manifold combination possibilities for lunch and dinner. Salad, desserts and beverages, for instance, can be cooled in two basins and fish dishes can be kept warm in the third basin. Your creativity at the buffet knows no bounds. A perfect and appetizing way to serve your food at the optimal temperature to your guests, to gain customer satisfaction and make them want to come back.

Cutting station for Buffet heat lamps
We are glad to present our latest product innovation - the cutting station is a perfect addition for our Buffet heat lamps and
offers you new possibilities for a flexible design of your buffet. With the combination of our Buffet heat lamp, an unheated or heated
("dual" design) plate and a knife-friendly cutting board you get a mobile station for presentation, heat retaining and carving of your food.
