Bain-marie made of CNS, seamlessly welded into the top plate. Basin for Gastro-Norm 3 or 4 x GN 1/1-150. Available either continuously and wet heated or separately heated wet/dry. Water drain with safety drain cock. Temperature continuously adjustable.
