Event restaurant Xiao

Discover, taste and enjoy limitless! Xiao offers a stylish ambience and a fantastic, asian event-buffet with creatively sushi, exotic wok-meals and live-grill.

The variety of fresh dishes is offered onside the unique Scholl-induction warm fields series Hold-line. A perfect buffet is a success, when the offered hot dishes are always in top quality. That is guaranteed by the engery-efficient and safe RTCSmp-technology; the temperature on the bottom of the containers are kept precisely. Due to separation of generator and warm fields every kind of buffet-design is possible. Superlative flexibility in food-presentation.

Restaurant Bamboo in Phantasialand

In close collaboration with our distributor we realized an extraordinary project in theme-park Phantasialand: equipping of the restaurant Bamboo with four buffet islands aligned for a culinary and visual journey throughout the Far East. The focus was not only about functionality but also an appealing, high-quality apprearance.

The islands are equipped with our Hold-Line induction units to keep food warm precisely, combined with cold plates and cold-warm plates for maximum flexibiltity. Here are fresh and exotic dishes served and presented perfectly. Thermal bridges in black-coated design ensure an additional heat from above and fit to the overall picture harmoniously. Further equipment with our induction woks for fresh preparation directly on buffet and integrated plate dispensers ensure a smooth service.

This project is a successful example for individual buffet solutions where function and design go hand in hand.

Servery counter for panorama restaurant

Enjoy dishes from near and far, new recipes and seasonal highlights. A modern and functional front-cooking station had been realized for the stylishly designed panorama restaurant, which meets the highest gastronomic standards.

Equipped with our powerful induction hobs and woks, as well as an induction Hold-Line to keep dishes warm at precise temperature - perfect for a versatile range of food. The concept is supplemented with flexible cold-warm-plates, which suit perfectly for the rich brunch buffet. They offer maxiumum design flexibility and support an appealing and fresh presentation concept.

Frontcooking counter in sustainable design hotel

ibis Styles Aalen is centralized in scenic Aalen and attracts with african atmosphere. We implemented a modern front-cooking station, which does not meet only the highest functional standards but also has aesthetic design effects. Inspired by african ambience the station fits harmoniously into the surroundings - stylish and forward-looking.

The counter has been equipped with our high-quality induction units for front cooking, which enable cooking energy-efficient and accurately. In the buffet-area you will find our induction Hold-Lines which operate with degree-accuracy. Glass-sneeze covers meet hygienic standards and guarantee transparancy and candor to the guests.

Employee canteen

Pharmaceutical products made in Germany - premium products, which are amongst the best in their class and are firmly established in the healthcare market. One of the few manufacturers of OTC medicines to carry out large-scale clinical studies to guarantee the ongoing efficacy and tolerability of its products and develop new and innovative products.

The staff are provided with fresh food on a servery counter L-shaped with brilliant white deep-matt finish decor and worktop made of quartz stone "Silestone Dekor Rougui". The counter had been produced suitable for existant front-cooking station with wall connections as required. Cold dishes are presented in a showcase and a cold basin with ventilated cooling, a bainmarie size GN 5/1 with glass sneeze cover with integrated infrared top-heat keeps food hot. The underconstruction made of stainless steel in hygienic standard execution enables a flexible storage. Mobile tray trolleys in black finish allow a temporary storage and return of dirty tableware.

Frontcooking station in employee canteen 

In scope of a project for the staff canteen at Mitsubishi Motors we finished a customized front-cooking station, which provides the employees with fresh warm and cold food.

The cooking station is equipped with our energy-efficient induction units, which are installed to a mobile air-cleaning system that ensures an odorless and low-emission cooking process in the canteen. The servery counter with natural-stone worktop are furnished with basins with ventilated-cooling, bainmaries as well as glass-sneeze protections on top with LED lighting or infrared top heat. The complete system is designed for approx. 50 dishes per day and combines a compact construction with high performance. A well-thought-out solution for the modern canteen at Mitsubishi motors.

Servery counters for rehab guests and guests of the connected hotel

A modern and high-quality servery station was developed for Parkklinik Bad Bocklet - functional, elegant and perfectly tailored to the needs of rehab patients and visitors alike.

In dining room 1 you find a U-form buffet counter equipped with noble work top made of nature stone Nero Assoluto. This not only offers a high-quality appearance but also the necessary sturdiness for daily use. Precise cut-outs had been integrated for local built-in units. Stylish Sanremo Oak decor gives a warm appearance and suits harmoniously to the overall concept. The facility includes cold basins with ventilated cooling with glass-sneeze protection with LED lighting to present cold dishes in best way, bainmaries and built-in soup-pots for warm dishes as well as a beverage station at the rear side. The second dining room follows the same design: mobile warm and cold elements, a module for coffee and beverage station, each equipped with same high-quality materials and components, which can be placed flexible at any time. The facility is realized for 300 guests.

Staff canteen 

The employee canteen has been equipped with accurately fitting servery counter to alcove and around pillar. The counters with natural stone worktop are featured with cold displays with ventilated cooling and access flap at customers side, as well as bainmaries with glass-sneeze covers with infrared top heat to keep food warm perfectly. On our induction units fresh meals are prepared. An air-cleaning system suitable for our induction range provides for a clean atmosphere. In the rear section you will find different stainless-steel modules, including sink with rinsing unit.

Hospital cafeteria

As part of a redesign of the cafeteria at clinic Wetzlar, an individually designed serving station was realized, in consideration of the local requirements.

The servery counter consists of various high-quality, custom-made stainless-steel products, which have been adapted to the structural conditions. Precise cutouts for on-site built-in and table-top units as well as necessary electrical connections were integrated into the Nero-impala worktop.

To ensure an attractive presenation of the dishes, built-in refrigerated display cases with glass-sneeze protection with LED-lighting had been installed. A stable tray slide made of ESG-safety glass was integreated to enable an orderly distribution. Tray trolleys with black decor ensure the take-away of used tableware and complete the overall picture.

Canteen at Verlagshaus Mainz

Here the dedicated staff amongst others consisting of experienced editors, graphic artists and marketing experts are provided with fresh meals. The publishing house releases guidebooks, non-fiction books, biographies and illustrated books, but also scientific publication and especially dissertations about mathematical-technical topics.

The canteen is equipped with a buffet in s-shape as well as a round saladbar with a capacity for around 250 meals per day. You can find mobile servery stations with glass-sneeze protection to keep food warm, mobile plate dispenser, cold basins with ventilated cooling and cold displays for cold food, as well as glass showcase and glass shelves. Tray trolleys in black design suit optically to the overall picture.

Canteen of IT-service organisation for travel industry execution in hygiene design H1

Amadeus Germany GmbH: your global technology-partner with innovative and efficient online solutions for planning and booking of business trips.

For Amadeus GmbH we realized a modern and efficient staff canteen, which meets the high standards of functionality, hygiene and design. The food service area features multiple serving lines to ensure fast and efficient meal distribution. The integrated beverage station offers hot and cold drinks. The double-cash register with elegant natural stone worktop ensures a smooth flow even during peak hours. Next to bainmaries with glass-sneeze protections and plate dispensers, several cooling equipments with ventilated cooling had been installed. In preparation, cooking and dish washing areas, high-quality stainless steel funiture in H1 hygiene design has been installed - durable, easy to clean and perfectly suited to the demands of a professional kitchen. The mobile front cooking station enables flexible live-cooking in front of the staff. The concept is completed by a stylish coffee bar.

Ingersoll Werkzeuge GmbH is the specialist for particular tooling solutions and offers great potential in technological issues.

For this project we produced a variety of stainless steel modules, with Egger-clad and partial granit worktops. The servery elements are equipped with our flexible cold-warm plates, bainmaries with hot cupboard as well as glass-sneeze covers with LED lighting and infrared top-heat. Mobile modules ensure individual application. The facility is designed to serve approx. 100 meals per day.

This is where the staff are provided with meals. Cold and warm dishes are presented at a servery counter, which has been produced suitable for niche and around pillars. You can find our bainmaries with glass sneeze covers with integreated infrared top heat, plate dispensers as well as cold displays. All units fitted into stainless steel constructions. A soup and salat station completes the facility. Tray trolleys in black design match perfectly to the servery counters covered with EGGER-decor.

When it comes to fastening systems made of plastics, metal or chemical fixing craftsmen and professionals worldwide rely on innovative products, systems and service of Fischer.

For new implemention of a staff canteen at Fischer we realized an exact fitting furnishing. The focus was on high-quality stainless steel furniture, which had been designed for optimal workflow and local requirements - including robust work tables and functional cupboards for various storage possibilities. All elements had been adapted precisely to structural conditions and local funiture. Fresh dishes can be prepared with our efficient and powerful induction woks. The buffets are equipped with bainmaries with top heat to keep food warm perfectly, cold dishes are offered in cold basins. A double-cash element ensures a smooth flow also in rush hours.

for this project, in collaboration with our distributor we realized a multi-angled restaurant counter, which sets optical accents but also meets functional requirements.

Modern induction cooking fields and grills had been equipped smoothly. The tailor-made solution allows the staff to work ergonomically and efficiently, even during peak hours.
