Food Service Counter at the Silver Lake Diner Station

Europe Park in Rust is one of the most visited theme parks in Europe – and serving that many guests every day calls for technology that works as reliably as it looks. For the themed restaurant Diner Station Salt Lake City, we were proud to deliver exactly that, together with our specialist dealer Schafferer.

The result is a continuous buffet counter with custom-made stainless steel cupboards and a worktop in polished Nero Assoluto granite – a material that impresses not only with its deep, dark surface, but also effortlessly withstands the demands of daily professional use. The technical specification is designed for smooth high-volume operation: built-in bain-maries keep hot dishes at a constant serving temperature, cold plates ensure the safe presentation of chilled products, and the integrated sneeze guard with infrared modules protects the food hygienically – while keeping it pleasantly warm from above at the same time.

The result is a buffet installation that performs day in, day out in the vibrant atmosphere of the Diner Station – functional, hygienic, and with a presence that fits the theme perfectly.
